Tools I built for myself.
Each of these is a Claude Code skill: a standing instruction plus the scripts it calls, invoked by a trigger phrase from any project on this machine. No dashboards, no manual copy-paste between systems. This is the part of running a startup nobody sees.

lead-machineEight skills running the sourcing-to-CRM loop end to end: go, hunt, ingest, enrich, report, sync-crm, suppress and open-roles. One trigger word decides whether to hunt, enrich, or just report; sync-crm and suppress keep it honest against reality; open-roles does the one-off deep dive. → Full case studyHubSpot · LinkedIn · ATS boards
linkedin-connectorWorks through any contact list, from Notion or HubSpot, one profile at a time: checks whether we're already connected, sends the request if not, finds missing LinkedIn URLs, and writes every result back to the CRM.LinkedIn · HubSpot · Notion
linkedin-statusAudits who accepted, who's still pending, who never got asked, and writes the status back to the CRM. Reads LinkedIn's own bulk pages, never by crawling profiles.LinkedIn · HubSpot · Notion
cold-email-builderTurns raw company data into three send-ready cold emails, plus a check on whether the company is a fit at all. Writes copy only. Never sends, never touches a CRM.CoreSignal
first-message-writerChecks the contact is still in the role, pulls what's actually happening at their company right now, and writes one first message grounded in it. Never a template, never to someone who already left.LinkedIn · web
meeting-follow-upCloses the loop on any outside meeting: files the summary in the right Notion page, drafts the follow-up email in my own voice, logs the meeting and the follow-up task in HubSpot.Notion · HubSpot
warm-intro-mapperMaps warm paths to someone I want to meet through the people already close to them, and builds the table of who could introduce me.Notion
intro-request-writerTurns each accepted connection into one individually verified, ready-to-send introduction request, never a template blast.LinkedIn · Notion
Marketing & GTM
slide-builderTakes a slide, a headline, or a single claim and turns it into a deck-ready slide with data and a visual.Canva exports
one-pagerTurns the company story into one page: the problem, the product, and why now.local
hebrew-to-englishTurns a rough Hebrew message into English that still sounds like me: my own personal, authentic voice, not generic polish. Two versions, a light fix and a full rewrite.local
Product & research
competitor-researchResearches a named competitor and separates what actually matters for the product from the noise.web
interview-loggerTurns raw notes from a customer discovery interview into a structured record in the research database, so every conversation stays findable.Notion
interrogateStress-tests a big decision before committing: base rates, the strongest case against, blind spots, a calibrated verdict and tripwires, then forces a call within 24 hours.local
excavateImports proven mechanisms from other fields that already solved the same kind of problem, plus the unwritten rules insiders never write down.web
Work assistant
task-writerWrites every task as a paste-ready prompt with the context already embedded, so picking it up later means opening a session, not remembering why it mattered.Todoist
week-plannerTakes a raw task list with estimates, splits anything over two hours into numbered sub-tasks, and lays out a day-by-day week.local
